Our work on Windward
The Windward Ave Association is the association of the street. We represent the businesses, property owners, residents and neighbors who share Windward Avenue in Venice Beach, from the iconic Venice sign to the entrance of the Venice Beach Boardwalk.
We serve as the through line between Windward Avenue and the City of Los Angeles, making sure the people who live and work here have a voice in what happens on their street, and looking after our neighbors and stakeholders every day.

About the street
Windward Avenue is the historic heart of Venice Beach: home to the Venice sign, arcaded storefronts, and the main entrance to the Boardwalk. It is one of the busiest streets in Los Angeles, and the association works to keep it welcoming, well managed and a good neighbor to all who share it.
